Refund & Cancellation Policy
Bille Finance sells digital products that are delivered immediately after payment. This policy explains when a refund is possible.
Digital products are non-returnable
Because every product is a downloadable file that you receive straight after payment, a purchase cannot be returned or cancelled once the download has been made available. Please read the product page carefully before buying so you know what is included.
When we do issue a refund
- You were charged more than once for the same product
- The file is corrupted, incomplete or will not open and we cannot fix it for you
- You received a different product from the one you paid for
Contact us within 14 days of purchase with your checkout email and the product name and we will review your request.
Cancellation before delivery
If payment has been taken but the download has not yet been made available to you, email us and we will cancel the order and refund it in full.
How to request
Email bluehari.official@gmail.com. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; how long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
