Digital Product Delivery Policy

Every product is a PDF file. As soon as your payment is successful, your download is made available to you and the confirmation is sent to the email address you entered at checkout.

Please double-check your email address at checkout — a typo is the most common reason a customer does not receive their file.

There are no printed copies, no couriers, no tracking numbers and no delivery charges. If you would like a paper copy, you can print the PDF yourself.

Any device that can open a PDF — phone, tablet, laptop or desktop. The files can be viewed and filled in on screen or printed.

Check your spam and promotions folders first. If it still is not there, email bluehari.official@gmail.com with your checkout email and the product name and we will send it to you directly.
